Andrew Pedley is a Partner in our Real Estate team. He joined us in 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience in commercial property law from both regional and international firms.

His clients include government departments, universities, national developers, SMEs and individual landowners, with his work covering all aspects of real estate, from investment sales and purchases to property finance, portfolio management and corporate support.

Particular expertise lies in commercial and residential development. Andrew provides end-to-end advice on site assembly, planning, build-out, funding, forward sale and occupation. His development work spans the UK and includes major regional schemes.

Known for being commercially minded and straight-talking, he works quickly to understand clients’ goals and the sectors they operate in. His focus is on building strong relationships and delivering solutions that work in the real world.

Career highlights include supporting a national housebuilder group on a new settlement scheme, acting for a university relocating a faculty to a landmark site, and advising on the development of a shared campus for a government client.
