Ugochi Nwabuikwu

Ugochi joined our Real Estate Finance team as a newly qualified Solicitor in October 2025, having completed her training with a national law firm in Leeds.

She specialises in secured lending and property finance, advising banks and borrowers on a wide range of transactions, including property refinancing and time sensitive finance matters. Ugochi has experience acting on both separate and dual representation transactions, helping clients navigate complex deals efficiently and with confidence.

Alongside her finance work, she advises businesses and individuals on commercial and semi commercial property acquisitions and disposals, providing practical support throughout the transaction process.
