Richard Buono is a Partner in our Corporate team and Head of Health & Social Care. He joined us in 2006 and brings more than 20 years of experience advising owner-managed businesses on corporate transactions.

His work spans acquisitions, disposals, restructures and shareholder agreements. He regularly drafts bespoke commercial contracts to support growing businesses and has led on a wide range of high-value deals. Recent highlights include the £9 million sale of a construction business to a PLC, a £7.1 million management buyout, a £5 million hotel acquisition and the £3.75 million sale of a renewable energy company.

As Head of Health & Social Care, Richard acts for care homes, GP practices, dentists, and pharmacists. He advises on everything from partnerships and joint ventures to business sales, with sector insight that makes him a trusted adviser to healthcare professionals.
