Rachel Gee first joined the Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team in September 2005 and spent 10 years with us before returning in January 2022 as a Fellow Legal Executive in our Residential Conveyancing team.

With more than 20 years of experience in conveyancing, Rachel has built extensive knowledge across the property sector. She began her career as an assistant at a large regional law firm and is now a senior member of our conveyancing team.

Rachel advises individuals, businesses and lenders on a wide range of conveyancing matters, including residential property transactions and Buy to Let investments. Alongside her fee earning work, she has also provided technical support and guidance within conveyancing teams.

Today, Rachel's role combines supporting the firm's compliance requirements through departmental reviews with acting for lenders on Buy to let purchases and remortgages. Her practical approach, technical expertise and attention to detail help ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.
