Perdip Kaur Bhachu

Perdip Kaur Bhachu is a Legal Director in our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team. She qualified as a Solicitor in 2010 and joined us in 2016.

Perdip specialises in the Buy to Let market and regularly acts for corporate landlords, portfolio investors and specialist lenders. She has extensive experience handling complex property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build developments, lease variations, title rectification and transfers of equity.

Alongside her client work, which ranges from work with individual investors to large property companies, Perdip manages and supervises a sub-team, offering legal and technical support on more complex matters. She’s also the Training Supervisor for our Residential Property Trainees, helping to shape the next generation of conveyancers through structured, hands-on guidance.
