Paul Lancaster

Paul Lancaster is a Partner and Head of our Family team. He joined us in 2001 and became a Partner in 2007. With over two decades of experience, Paul is known for a calm, focused approach and the ability to guide clients through even the most complex family matters.

Specialising in financial divorce settlements, he regularly advises high net worth individuals in cases involving significant assets, often in excess of £10 million. Paul also supports our Sports Law team, acting for high-profile clients across the sporting world.

Extensive experience in children matters includes complex residence and contact disputes, some with international elements. Paul is also highly skilled in TLATA cases, where individuals seek to establish a beneficial interest in property or land.

A qualified Collaborative Lawyer and advocate for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), he’s committed to helping clients resolve issues constructively. The goal is always to achieve the best possible outcome without the stress of court proceedings where possible.
