Paul Firth is a Conveyancer in our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team and joined the firm in 2018. With over 15 years of experience in residential conveyancing, he is known for a calm, practical approach that helps get deals over the line efficiently.

His work spans a wide range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases and complex Buy to Let transactions. Paul regularly advises investor clients on acquisitions and remortgages, supporting both established portfolio landlords and those new to the market.

To complement his hands-on experience, he is currently working towards his CLC qualification to become a Licensed Conveyancer.
