Oliver joined the firm in 2023 and is a Paralegal in our Employment team. His work involves supporting the Managing Partner on high-value settlement agreements and assisting across a broad range of employment law matters, including Tribunal claims and day-to-day advice for both employers and employees.

Prior to joining the Employment team, Oliver began his career at Blacks in our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team, gaining valuable client-facing experience. Academic achievements include graduating with First-Class Honours in Law from Leeds Trinity University and completing both a Master’s and the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law.

Known for a calm approach, strong attention to detail and clear communication, Oliver helps clients navigate complex and sensitive employment matters with confidence.
