Nicola Marks is a Paralegal in our Employment team. She first joined us in 2013 as a Secretary supporting both the Employment and Corporate & Commercial teams, and has since progressed into a fee-earning role.

Nicola assists with a wide range of employment law matters, working closely with solicitors to support both employer and employee clients. She’s known for her attention to detail and her calm, professional approach to her work which includes helping with contracts, disciplinary issues, settlement agreements and tribunal matters.

Current study with CILEx Law School is part of her progression toward qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive. Combined with years of practical experience, this ongoing legal training makes Nicola a valued and trusted member of the team.
