Niamh joined us in 2026 and is a Solicitor in our Employment team.

She achieved a First Class Honours degree in Law at Sheffield Hallam University before completing a Masters in Legal Practice at BPP University in Leeds. Niamh went on to complete her training contract with a regional law firm and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2024.

Niamh advises both employers and employees on a wide range of workplace issues. Her experience includes day to day employment matters, drafting and reviewing employment documentation, managing redundancies, supporting settlement negotiations, and advising on grievance and disciplinary procedures.
