May Flack

May Flack joined us in 2022 while studying at the University of Leeds.

Following her graduation, she became a Legal & Business Affairs Manager in our Music team, working closely with Pete Bott, Partner and Head of Music.

‍

May manages business affairs for a number of independent record labels, supporting their in house teams with the negotiation, drafting and completion of contracts and other commercial agreements. She also works alongside Pete on a wide range of music industry matters, including recording, distribution, publishing, management, production, merchandising and licensing agreements.

‍

Originally from the South, May regularly works from our Kings Cross office, helping her stay closely connected to the fast moving London music scene. Her understanding of the industry, combined with her practical approach, allows her to support clients across a broad range of legal and commercial matters.
