Julie Powell is an Associate Solicitor in our Leasehold Enfranchisement & Management Services (LEMS) team. Since joining in 2024, she has brought over 25 years of experience in residential property law to the team.

Her focus is on leasehold matters, regularly advising clients on lease extensions, deeds of variation and the drafting of new leases. Clear guidance and a detail-oriented, practical approach underpin every instruction, ensuring the legal process remains smooth and accessible.

Qualifying as a solicitor in 2001, Julie has worked across a wide range of property transactions, including both registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters. Her experience also includes land acquisitions and disposals, remortgages, shared ownership, transfers of equity, equity release and title rectification.

Julie has advised a diverse client base, including private individuals, landlords, estates, charities and trusts. Her approach is always tailored and responsive, with a focus on delivering clear, effective advice that’s easy to understand.
