Jemma joined our Employment team as a Paralegal in 2025. She supports clients and colleagues on a wide range of matters, including Employment Tribunal claims, settlement agreements, and employment law advice for both employers and employees.

In 2024, Jemma graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a First Class Law degree. Before joining us, she gained experience in Company and Commercial Litigation, helping to build a strong foundation for her legal career. She’s currently studying for a Master's in Law alongside the Legal Practice Course and is working towards qualifying as a solicitor.
