As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since 2008, Ian focuses on complex property matters and specialist transactions. His work covers a wide range of areas, including new build developments, freehold and leasehold transactions, lease variations, title rectifications, lease extensions and property refinancing.
