Emily Owston is a Solicitor in our Private Wealth & Succession team.

‍

Emily advises individuals on Wills, Trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney, with a particular focus on estate administration and probate. Clients are regularly supported through intestacy, inheritance tax issues and the legal process following a bereavement.

‍

She joined the firm in 2021 as a Paralegal, later completing a training contract with experience across Private Wealth, Real Estate, and Employment.

‍

Before this, she achieved a First-Class Honours degree in Law and a Distinction in her LLM Legal Practice from Manchester Metropolitan University. During her studies, she worked in a national law firm handling probate and estate matters.
