Ellie Broadhurst is an Associate Solicitor in our Employment team. Since joining in 2023, she’s advised both individuals and businesses across a wide range of employment matters.

‍

Clients turn to her for support with grievance and disciplinary procedures, drafting contracts of employment and workplace policies, and negotiating settlement agreements.

‍

Ellie also acts in Employment Tribunal proceedings, representing both claimants and respondents in contentious disputes.

‍

Legal studies took place at the University of Law in Leeds, graduating with an Upper Second-Class Honours degree and a distinction in a master’s in Professional Legal Practice. Training was completed at a regional firm in South Yorkshire before moving to Blacks.
