Dean Goodwin is a Legal Director and Deputy Head of our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team. Since joining in 2013, he’s brought over 20 years of experience in residential conveyancing, having worked with firms across Yorkshire since 2002.

With a strong technical background in land law and Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT), Dean gives clear, practical advice on complex transactions. As a key point of contact for colleagues handling challenging matters, he also leads on training and system development across the team.
