Dawn Atkinson is an Associate Chartered Legal Executive in our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team. She joined us in 2018, and has brought over 20 years of residential conveyancing experience to the firm.

Expertise spans freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build homes, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Clients include individuals, property companies, and landlords managing portfolio purchases.

Specialising in lender-only Buy to Let transactions, Dawn regularly handles cases involving HMOs, company structures, and bridging finance. Highly experienced in complex title issues, she’s known for sharp attention to detail and a practical, client-focused approach.
