Danielle Swainston is an Associate in our Commercial Dispute Resolution team. She joined us in 2021 and was promoted in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in civil and commercial litigation.

A key member of our Contentious Probate team, Danielle regularly advises on inheritance disputes involving contested Wills, disputed Estates, and Trust matters. Her work includes claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and issues around executor conduct. Known for her calm and practical style, she helps clients navigate emotionally charged situations with clarity and compassion.

She also advises park owners as part of our Holiday & Home Parks team. Experience includes pitch fee review applications before the First-tier Tribunal, along with disputes over written statements and licence agreements.

Danielle studied Law at Newcastle University and completed the LPC at the University of Sheffield. Since 2014, she has built a strong track record advising individuals and businesses on complex litigation, with a consistent focus on practical, cost-effective results.
