Daisy Jackman is a Solicitor in both our Corporate and Commercial teams. Since qualifying in 2024, she’s advised businesses on a wide range of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructures and reorganisations.

She supports clients on corporate governance matters such as drafting shareholders’ agreements and articles of association. On the commercial side, Daisy helps clients manage day-to-day legal needs, including non-disclosure agreements and standard terms and conditions.

Legal career began in 2021 as a Paralegal in our Private Wealth & Succession team, followed by a training contract across key departments including Real Estate, Corporate, Commercial Dispute Resolution, and Private Wealth.

Daisy graduated with first-class honours from the University of Law and achieved a distinction in both her LPC and Master’s in Law, Business and Management.
