Clare Brattan is a Conveyancer and Team Leader in our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team. Since joining in 2013, she’s drawn on nearly two decades of conveyancing experience, having worked in the sector since 2004.

Caseloads include a broad mix of residential transactions for individuals, mortgage brokers and Buy to Let landlords operating through limited companies. Clare is known for a practical approach, sharp attention to detail and strong relationships with both clients and intermediaries.

Before moving into the legal sector, Clare completed a Fast Track Conveyancer programme. She also holds a degree in Sociology from the University of Leeds.
