Chloe joined our Real Estate Litigation team as an Associate Solicitor in 2026.

She has more than nine years' experience advising charity, retail and hotel clients on a wide range of real estate disputes. Her work includes managing lease renewal portfolios, advising on break disputes and breach of covenant claims, and developing vacant possession strategies.

‍

Chloe specialises in matters relating to the Electronic Communications Code and acts on both transactional and litigious matters. She has acted for both landowners and operators, but now acts exclusively for landowner clients, helping them protect their interests and achieve the right outcome.

Before qualifying as a Solicitor in 2024, Chloe worked as a Paralegal and Chartered Legal Executive. That broad experience gives her a practical understanding of the challenges her clients face and helps her deliver clear, commercially focused advice.
