Caithlín McParland is an Associate Solicitor in our Landlord Financing & Conveyancing team. Since joining in 2023, she’s built a reputation for strong client focus and technical expertise, leading to promotion to Associate in 2025.

She advises on a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales and purchases, leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties and Buy to Let work. Caithlín takes a practical, detail-driven approach and is committed to making each transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Caithlín studied English Literature and Language at Queen’s University Belfast, then completed a Graduate Diploma in Law and LLM in Legal Practice at Liverpool John Moores University.
