Ben Finley is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Real Estate team. He trained with us and qualified in 2018, following a six-month seat in Real Estate. He was promoted to Senior Associate in 2024.

Ben deals with a wide range of commercial property matters, acting for both landlords and tenants in leasehold and freehold transactions. His experience includes dealing with commercial units, managing property portfolios, and supporting clients with general retail property work.

Known for his calm, friendly approach and attention to detail, Ben builds strong working relationships and focuses on providing clear, practical advice that helps clients move forward with confidence.

Before qualifying as a solicitor, Ben studied History and Philosophy of Science at the University of Leeds.
